The Transplant Recipients International Organization (TRIO) San Francisco "The City Chapter" now is accepting applications for the Third Annual Vikki Lianne Moritsugu Memorial Scholarship. This $1,000 scholarship is available to organ/tissue candidates, recipients, living donors or donor-family members. Immediate family members of those in the listed categories also are eligible. Applicants must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or better; provide a current transcript; submit a statement of educational objectives and future life goals; submit three letters of recommendation; and provide a copy of an acceptance letter to an accredited college, university or trade/technical school program during the 2003-2004 school year.
