Health Partners Saving Lives
“How Many Lives Can We Save Together?” That’s the question CTDN’s Health Partners campaign poses. This program about organ, eye and tissue donation links CTDN with dozens of Northern and Central California clinics and other health care providers.
Getting involved is simple. Clinics are provided with information to display in reception areas and patient evaluation rooms. CTDN staff is available to answer questions of clinic workers. This unique program gives health professionals the ability to continue to serve as trusted sources of information to patients about an important topic.
