On the program was Marta Garcia, Alfonso Garcia’s mother who describes how she and her husband, Oscar, dealt with the devastating news their son was dying. “Suddenly you see your son in the Intensive care unit, knowing the only way he can survive is having a liver transplant.” A miracle happened 48 hours later in a donor who became a hero through donation. “Now we have the blessing of Alfonso living with us.” Listen to the full program.
